Oak Summit Golf Course

This public golf course is set on 240 acres of land, and it features a challenging par 70, 18-hole layout characterized by rolling hills and mature trees in between. The idea was born by Leon DeCook, who decided to convert his farmland into a golf course in 1991. It was open a year later, and Leon made sure it was challenging enough even to experienced golfers.

The course is open to men’s, women’s, senior, and championship tees, with the championship tees adding an extra 379 yards to the course layout. Amenities include a driving range, snack bar, pro shop, and golfing lessons.

Willow Creek Golf Course

Willow Creek is just a few minutes from downtown Rochester, and it boasts of an 18-hole championship course. What’s more, it has the only executive golf course in the city which has nine par 29 holes. This executive course is ideal for training or quick rounds. There’s also a 19th hole with drinks and food made by their in-house chef, a pavilion at a hilltop for outdoor weddings, and full video & audio capabilities for business meetings.

Rochester Golf & Country Club

This golf club has a long history because A.W. Tillinghast designed it in 1916. It has undergone many renovations over the years, and currently, the private 18-hole course has been acclaimed by the Golf Course Architects of America and Golf Digest as one of the best of its kind.

It features a clubhouse with a pro shop, a bar & grill, private dining options, and a chef’s table. The club is also ideal for weddings and other events because it hosts a state-of-the-art ballroom, several indoor spaces, and private meeting rooms. Hadley Creek Golf Course & Learning Center

As the name suggests, this course is the perfect place for golf training, and it is designated as a first tee facility. It offers training programs to youths of all races and economic backgrounds aged 5 – 18 years at affordable rates. The center features a 9-hole par 32 course with a long 350-yard driving range. It allows junior, adult, or family memberships, so you can play or train as a whole family.

Eastwood Golf Club

This public golf club features an 18-hole course that winds through oak, maple, & pine trees, as well as marshes and ponds. There are also challenging elevation changes, but all holes have four tee sets to make them playable by golfers of all experience levels.
