Dealer Rate Participation is allowed on this program except where the payment amount is advertised. If the payment amount on an incentive is advertised, no rate participation is allowed where the customer qualifies for the advertised payment amount and deal. If qualified for the advertised deal, the customer must be able to obtain the advertised payment amount. A payment amount is advertised if it appears, for example, in a print (direct mail, newspaper, brochure, poster, banner, etc.), radio, television, email or online promotion. Where rate participation is allowed, the standard maximum dealer participation is 0.00100 RCF; provided however the maximum participation for a 1Pay and Multiple Security Deposit Program is 0.00040 RCF. Please note that the participation must not prevent qualifying customers from receiving the advertised payment. For TFS 1Pay leases, the full 0.00100 RCF discount is applied; provided, however in instances in which the special RCF applicable to the 1Pay lease is 0.00100 or lower, the full 1Pay RCF discount will not be realized and the final TFS RCF will be 0.00001. Do not promote or otherwise advertise the specific TFS 1Pay RCF discount to the customer in any way if the TFS special RCF is 0.00100 or lower. Standard Advance policies apply. Not compatible with TCUV Silver Certification, College Rebate program, Military Rebate program and 5K/7.5K/10K Low Mileage Lease Programs. Creditworthy TFS Business Solutions ™ applicants including those with co-applicants with a FICO >610, receive a minimum Tier 1 rate. Coapplicants with 720+ FICO scores receive a Tier 1+ rate.
