Guests even receive a discount for bringing their own coffee mug and can take home some of their nitrogen-rich organic waste for composting.
Excited to collaborate with local businesses, they’ve established relationships with Hy-Vee, Metz’s-Hartland Creamery, and Daube’s Bakery. Located at 3550 55th St. NW in Rochester, Lumen Coffee is open Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

During summer months, the vegan menu moves outside onto the patio overlooking Cooke Park and downtown. You can even find the Old Abe Coffee Co. cart starting in May through October in Rochester’s downtown Saturday morning Farmer’s Market and other special events.
